Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise that may require postponing your photo shoot with short notice. Despite stated policies, we wish to handle any rescheduling requests or cancellation with professionalism, fairness, and honor.
Please contact us as soon as you are aware of any changes needed; we highly encourage open conversation so that we can address the situation positively.

For discounted shoots:
Clients must pay in full at time of booking to lock-in promotional pricing
50% refunds for discounted shoots cancelled with more than 1 month's notice
No refunds for cancellations less than 1 month before shoot date
For regularly priced shoots:
50% refund if cancellation occurs 2+ weeks prior to shoot
No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks
Rescheduling:
1-2 reschedules allowed
All payments forfeited if: a) Cancel 2 weeks notice b) Unable to reschedule within 2 attempts and 60 days
