Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel the portrait session, you must do so by contacting us directly via email or phone. You can reschedule up to 2x’s. If you cancel a third time, your session will not be rescheduled and you will receive a 50% refund.
A full refund will be granted if the photographer is unable to complete the session due to emergency circumstances.
No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled photo session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Clients who provide a 30-day notice before the scheduled photo session are eligible for a full refund.
In the event of a cancellation less than 30-day notice, 50% of the total payment will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the client.
All changes are granted on a case-by-case basis, and we will accommodate most requests in a timely fashion.

Full payment of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payments can be made via credit card.
Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received by us.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time.
We expect professional behavior from all clients during the session.

Use your images for personal purposes only (e.g., printing, sharing with friends and family).
Commercial purposes are not allowed.

The photographer will use images from your shoot on their business website as portfolio examples.
Let us know if you want to opt-in or out of social media marketing, or if you prefer to be notified before we post.

Your proofs will be available 7-14 days after your shoot.
To select your favorites:
Click the heart icon next to images you like.
Leave comments if you wish.
Submit your favorites list when you're done.
We'll review your selections, apply final touches, and prepare them for delivery.
You can download your final images via your gallery link.
Photo products can be ordered directly from your gallery.
