Airbnb / Real Estate Photography Package
Set of Images: Small Property (1-2 bedrooms): 20-25 images, Medium Property (3-4 bedrooms): 25-35 images, Large Property (5+ bedrooms): 35--50 images
Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your property, your goals, and any specific requirements.
Site Visit: A preliminary visit to assess the property and plan the shoot.
Preparation Tips: Advice on how to prepare the property for the best results, such as decluttering, staging, and lighting.
Interior Photography:
Living Areas: Photos of the living room, dining room, and any other common areas.
Bedrooms: High-quality images of each bedroom, including beds, furniture, and decor.
Bathrooms: Detailed shots of all bathrooms, highlighting fixtures and cleanliness.
Kitchen: Photos of the kitchen, including appliances, countertops, and any unique features.

Exterior Photography:

What’s Included
Photo Capture: This includes the actual photography session where we capture images of the property.
Photo Post Processing: After the photo shoot, the images will be edited to make them look their best. This can include color correction, exposure adjustments, and other editing techniques.
Photo Equipment: This includes a 1-light setup staging for optimal lighting and exposure.
Image Prep: This involves preparing the final images for delivery. Images may be resized, meta data added, formatted, and organized according to the client's needs.
Print and Digital Usage: This component covers the rights to use the images for both print and digital purposes. The client may receive high-resolution images suitable for printing as well as web-ready versions for online use.
Travel within a 30 mile radius is included.
