Our Headshot Photography Process

To begin, we will set up a 30-minute Zoom meeting to talk about your vision, and we will also ask you to fill out a Headshot Form. This will help us better understand how to craft something truly remarkable for you.

By this point, we have discussed all the aesthetics, including style, wardrobe, and posing. Please make sure to arrive on time, and if you are running late, please text us. Expect engaging conversation, delicate posing, and styling. We will also laugh, listen to music, and most importantly, have fun! You are welcome to use our Make Up Vanity station to prepare before your shoot.

After your shoot, your post-processing begins right away. All images will be scanned and culled. Basic retouching will be applied, and you will select your favorites from your gallery. Simply check the heart icon on your gallery, and once you are finished, click "Submit Selection." It's that easy! Please be sure to select your images within 14 days. If you need more time, please let us know. Your final selections will go through a final phase of retouching. Once finished, you may download your final images and order print products from your gallery.
