Once you have completed your consultation and are prepared to book our services, we will create a personalized wedding contract for you to sign. To reserve and confirm your wedding date, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your wedding date.

We schedule as many meetings as you require. We recognize that there are several tasks that must be completed before your wedding day, such as meeting with other vendors, visiting potential venues, and making necessary updates to your checklist.

We are delighted to offer complimentary travel coverage in Sullivan County, Wayne County PA, and neighboring areas within a 45-minute to one-hour radius of Callicoon.

A travel fee of $500 is required for weddings taking place more than 60-90 minutes away from our location in the Hudson Valley of New York, the Pocono Region, or New Jersey. This fee also includes the option for a scout visit for a venue walkthrough.

You can never be too prepared for a wedding day! We believe that showing up early, well-rested, and ready to go is one of the best ways to give you the care and attention you deserve. That’s why, for destination weddings, we ask for two nights of hotel accommodations near your venue. This not only means we avoid the stress of a long drive, but also ensures we can be there bright and early—capturing beautiful details in the morning light and covering any special moments before and after your big day. Promptness and preparation are our top priorities, so you can relax knowing we’ll be there for every moment that matters.
