Our event photography rate starts at $250 an hour with a minimum booking time of 3 hours.

Fine Print
Travel Policy — Travel within 40 minutes of our Callicoon, NY studio is complimentary. Regional travel between 40 minutes and 2 hours is a $200 flat fee. Extended travel beyond 2 hours (or events ending after 9:00 PM) requires one night of local hotel accommodation in addition to the $200 travel fee. Image Delivery — All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, edited and color-corrected. Approximately 35-50 images per hour of coverage.
Commercial & Marketing Use — A personal use license is included with all event packages. Commercial usage for advertising, press, social media marketing, or brand content requires a separate commercial license and fee. Inquire at booking.

Contact us to discuss your event and date availability. When you are ready to move forward with booking, we will create a contract outlining the specifics of your event requiring your signature. Full payment is due to confirm, secure and book your event date.

Kindly inform us, either through individual identification or prior notification, of any guests who do not wish to be included in photographs during or before your event. Rest assured, we will make an effort to not capture any images of these guests and maintain discretion when in their company.

For personal events our standard turnaround time is 7 days.

The cost for our event photography services is based on an hourly rate, which includes your consultation, preparation, coverage of the event, post-processing, and any accompanying documents. If your event requires travel outside of the 45-minute complimentary travel time, there will be an additional fee of $200.
