Our Basic Service Starts at $725.00 up to 50 Images and Includes:

Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your property, your goals, and any specific requirements and your preferred shoot date(s).
Booking: Once you have completed your consultation and are satisfied with our services, please do not hesitate to reserve your session on our website. Once your payment has been verified, we will reach out to you to confirm your shoot date.
Contract: After confirming your booking, we will send you an Airbnb / Real estate contract to sign. This document will contain our terms and conditions and provide instructions for using images safely.

Front and Back Views: Wide-angle shots of the property’s exterior, including the front and back.
Garden and Outdoor Spaces: Photos of any gardens, patios, or outdoor living areas.
Driveway and Parking: Images of the driveway, garage, or parking areas.
Neighborhood Views: Photos of the surrounding area to give context to the property’s location.

Living Areas: Photos of the living room, dining room, and any other common areas.
Bedrooms: High-quality images of each bedroom, including beds, furniture, and decor.
Bathrooms: Detailed shots of all bathrooms, highlighting fixtures and cleanliness.

Our team comes equipped with high-end photography gear, complete with cameras, lenses, lights, and tripods, ensuring a smooth production process from beginning to end. We deliver a variety of both horizontal and vertical shots, perfect for online and social media platforms. Plus, we meticulously edit and enhance each photo to ensure they are ready for any purpose.

It typically takes 2-3 weeks to process and deliver images. If you need them sooner, please inform us and we'll be glad to help. Our rush delivery service begins at $175.00 for the basic package.

Declutter all countertops (kitchen and bathrooms)
Remove magnets and photos from the refrigerator

When you are prepared to make a reservation, you can purchase the package on this page or from our shop. Afterward, you can click the back arrow on your browser to choose any additional add-ons you may want. After purchasing, we will send you the Airbnb or Real Estate Contract via email for your signature. Once the contract is signed, your booking is officially confirmed and secured.

Although we do not provide overnight services, we are more than willing to accommodate multi-day shoots.

In our inventory, we offer a variety of props such as fruits, throw blankets, and plants, as well as local magazines that can greatly enhance your photos. Our objective is to showcase your existing items without excessive styling.

Our business is located in Callicoon, New York and we offer free travel within a 45-minute distance from our base. Any locations outside of this radius will require an additional travel fee.

Once your contract has been signed, we will confirm the date and time of the shoot. We will reach out to you 48 hours prior to the shoot to confirm your address and entry code. If you need to reschedule, please inform us and we will gladly make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.

It typically takes around 2-3 weeks for images to be processed and delivered. Once completed, we will send you a Dropbox link via email for accessing your images.

There is no need for you to be present during the shoot. We will arrive an hour before the scheduled shoot time to enter the property and prepare our equipment. We make sure to handle the property with great care and leave it in its original state. We will check in upon arrival and departure.

Our shoots typically range from 3 to 4 hours, depending on the number of rooms and amenities.
Add-Ons That Increase Bookings
If you have outdoor and nighttime amenities on your property, or if you intend to share your photos on social media, we highly recommend utilizing our Add-ons. It is important to note that our package allows for up to 50 images, giving you the option to divide your photo shoot across your peak seasons, such as spring or summer.

If you opt to incorporate twilight photographs in your package, we can take advantage of both the golden hour and the night time on the day of your initial shoot. In case your schedule does not permit this, we will arrange for these photographs to be taken on another day. You will receive a maximum of 7 extra images.

How to Purchase a Photo Shoot and Add-Ons
1. Start by adding the photo shoot session to your cart.
2. To add optional services (such as Twilight or Staging.): After adding the photo shoot session to your cart, click your browser’s back arrow to return to the previous page. Add your desired add-on to your cart.
Repeat this process for each add-on you’d like to purchase.
3. Once you’ve finished selecting your session and add-ons, go to your cart and make sure all the items you want are included.
4. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
