Every event booking includes a custom shot list consultation before your event date — so you know exactly what we're capturing, who we're prioritizing, and what moments matter most to you. No surprises. No missed shots.
On the day of your event, we arrive one hour early to scout the space, set up lighting, and get familiar with the environment before a single guest walks through the door.

Fine Print
Standard Turnaround — Edited images are delivered within 5 business days of your event date via private online gallery.
24-Hour Rush Delivery — Available for an additional $350. Must be requested and confirmed at time of booking. Not available for all dates.
Same-Day On-Site Editing & Posting — A premium add-on at $400. Includes an additional 2 hours of on-site computer editing and image posting during or immediately following your event. Ideal for events requiring live social media coverage, press, or real-time marketing. Must be arranged in advance.
Travel Policy — Travel within 40 minutes of our Callicoon, NY studio is complimentary. Regional travel between 40 minutes and 2 hours is a $200 flat fee. Extended travel beyond 2 hours (or events ending after 9:00 PM) requires one night of local hotel accommodation in addition to the $200 travel fee. Image Delivery — All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, edited and color-corrected. Approximately 50 images per hour of coverage.
Commercial & Marketing Use — A personal use license is included with all event packages. Commercial usage for advertising, press, social media marketing, or brand content requires a separate commercial license. Inquire at booking.
