Portrait Session Terms & Conditions 2026

By booking a portrait session with Franny's Photography Studio you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple because we believe great portrait experiences start with clear expectations on both sides.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve and confirm your session date and time. Your date is not held until payment is received.

Scheduling & Availability

Sessions book quickly — especially during spring, summer, and fall. We recommend reserving your date as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred time.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your session. Your session begins at your scheduled start time and cannot be extended due to late arrival. If you are running late, please call us ahead of time at 845-414-3366 so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Assistants

Assistants may support on-site during your session, but all client communication, photography specifications, scheduling changes, and vendor arrangements are handled exclusively by Francine Rambousek, Owner & Founder. Assistants are not authorized to exchange personal contact information with clients, make arrangements, offer services, or act on behalf of the studio without Francine's direct knowledge and approval. Assistants work on behalf of Franny's Photography Studio while on assignment — not independently or on behalf of the client. If you are approached by an assistant in this manner at any time, please let us know immediately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You are welcome to cancel and reschedule up to two times at no charge. A third cancellation will result in forfeiture of your session fee with no option to rebook.

Emergency Cancellations & Refunds

If a true emergency prevents you from attending your session and you do not wish to reschedule, a full refund will be granted. We handle these situations with care and on a case by case basis.

Image Delivery

Your fully retouched portrait gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date. Rush delivery is available as a paid add-on.

Image Usage & Copyright

All images created during your session remain the intellectual property of Francine Rambousek Photography LLC. Your session includes a Personal Use License permitting you to print, share, and display your images for personal non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

Franny's Photography Studio reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer your images remain private, please notify us in writing prior to your session and we will honor your request.
