The total number of images varies based on two main approaches:

We are delighted to offer complimentary travel coverage in Sullivan County, Wayne County PA, and neighboring areas within a 45-minute to one-hour radius of Callicoon.
A travel fee of $300 is required for weddings taking place more than 1-3 hours away from our location in the Hudson Valley of New York, the Pocono Region, or New Jersey. This fee also includes the option for a scout visit for a venue walkthrough.

You can never be too prepared for a wedding day! We believe that showing up early, well-rested, and ready to go is one of the best ways to give you the care and attention you deserve. That’s why, for destination weddings, we ask for two nights of hotel accommodations near your venue. This not only means we avoid the stress of a long drive, but also ensures we can be there bright and early—capturing beautiful details in the morning light and covering any special moments before and after your big day. Promptness and preparation are our top priorities, so you can relax knowing we’ll be there for every moment that matters.
